Based on my understanding, existing OE screen is showing always base load capacity output considering current cooling water temperature and fuel specification. This is theoretically correct however this is not useful most of the time to customer as this max capacity doesn't consider as running plant issues and limitations.
I would think to improve this by showing Viable Capacity considering current plant limitation.
For example, if there is limitation of fuel (quantity) availability on particular time/period, then there is no value of showing capacity which requires fuel more than availability. This is one example.
Similarly we can consider think scenarios like equipment failures like fuel gas heater, feed water heaters, Grid Limitation and Fuel specification etc to consider into account for arriving at real time capacity.
