Our ISO requests a monotonically increasing 2nd order polynomial equation to characterize our Heat rate values over load. These equations are for each fuel used by the station. It would be extremely helpful to align both the generation side of the business, with the distribution side of the business and the ISO, with these curves from Emap. We could then set our heat rate and variance, and their associated targets with the report-able definitions required for our respective ISOs. These equations are usually presented as the C0,C1,and C2 coefficients of a quadratic equation, from which other required parameters from these values are also defined.
