O&M Metrics & KPI for APM

As global O&M, we have a dozen APM M&EH & APM RM tenants installed across our fleet and those implementations are growing. We have been working on a way to measure the success and the payback of the implementation and running costs.

We currently do this for one site - extracting APM cases data to excel and do manual number crunching..

Our idea, wish, would be to have this available in the APM tool itself - as dashboards per tenant and available in Predix to sum and roll up to global O&M KPI.

    The Excel provides the info that is really essential to measure the impact of APM and whether APM can help to optimize maintenance. The graphics are convenient and straight forward. Looking forward to see this in APM. Great job Chris.

    This seems like something that could be included in the migration to the new "GED Dashboard", which combines the capabilities of both APM-P and APM-M Dashboards. I recommend connecting with Bhanu Sirineni about this request.

    In addition, it seems like these KPIs include savings data from SmartSignal Cases. There is work ongoing this year to integrate the value calculator directly into APM, which would support this. I recommend connecting with Jim Hill about that initiative.
