In APM 2.7 update, email notification function was added.
When new alert is fired, new alert ID is created and email is sent to the email account based on the notification rules which is customized by each user. However, if the same alert exists already in the alert list with status of Ready or In Process, this new alert cannot appear in the alert list even though email notification is sent and it's very confusing.
I would like to propose to prevent sending new email notification when the same alert already exists.
