Archive a case till date

The ability to archive a case to a specific date, this should help customers to delay a case if it is low critically or if it has been scheduled to an outage and it is confusing to keep in the queue.

    Ahmed, is it more important to hide the case until that date, or does it make sense to add a reminder mechanism to the case and leave it in the current state?

    Hi Toby, both functionalities go hand in hand, as keeping the case in the queue might be confusing to the customer and it makes sense that it would be surfaced and customer to be notified at a certain time.

    Also as a good to have part of the same feature is to have the ability to have some logic which would trigger that case to show up, for example at the next shutdown, so a customer would have predefined logic statements, like Speed < 400 RPM.
