Adding customised Status for cases in addition to the existing (Open, Awaiting & Closed)

Currently, we have a specific workflow for the cases, which is not compatible with all customer's operations - customers would prefer to have options like "Scheduled for next outage" or "In progress" to help understand where each case stands.

    Status customization is coming for Alerts in 3Q2017. Cases status customization has been added as a priority for 4Q2017, PDAPMRM-167.
