Timestamp on Interpretation fields in Cases

Currently, anyone can change the Interpretation fields but there is no timestamp of when this was updated and by whom.

Also, it would be useful if we can log what was there before the change.

    This is planned to be delivered in Q4 as Cases Audit Logging. For now, you can subscribe to a specific case (bell icon) and you will be notified whenever someone changes that case.
