Today in APM Cases, each field shows a set number of lines and then has a "show more" link that the user can click to show the full text of the field. This was originally done to minimize scrolling that a user had to do through the case. Now that we have the tabbing functionality, fields should automatically show all text. Or it should be a user preference.
