Duke Edwardsport is seeking a way to maintain visibility to certain cases. As cases accumulate (do to work being scheduled for a future outage this is very common issue), customer needs a means for selecting cases that must be addressed. Duke Edwardsport has indicated that they will not move from pilot to an order without this feature.
