When an Alert is linked to a Case, the Alert should be changed to ‘Processed’ automatically.
Use Case 1: When a Case is created from an Alert, the Alert is automatically linked to that Case. The Alert should also be marked as "Processed". This is for the initial case creation, the first time an issue appears.
Use Case 2: When an Alert is linked to a Case from the Case Evidence, the Alert should also be marked as "Processed". This is for repeat issues/alerts that a user wants to link to the same case.
