APM Case Notes field connect to ServiceNow Case Notes

Today, customers can view their M&D Cases in MyFleet and add their comments into a "Customer Comments" section. As we integrate MyFleet into APM, we should utilize the APM Case "Notes" section for this functionality, so that a customer can add a note into the APM Case and it will show up in ServiceNow.

    The functionality related to using notes in APM cases is a matter of training when we move MyFleet users to APM. However, integration to serviceNow is something that we are developing as part of M&D migration right? If so, then we dont have to track this idea
