Today, customers can view their M&D Cases in MyFleet and add their comments into a "Customer Comments" section. As we integrate MyFleet into APM, we should utilize the APM Case "Notes" section for this functionality, so that a customer can add a note into the APM Case and it will show up in ServiceNow.
