Timeseries in Analysis displays Data in UTC Time

This is a critical feature when analysis is required to be done on a certain issue. Without having the local time on the X-axis it is difficult to do analysis. This feature need to be fixed. There is a functionality to select UTC Time or User Preference  but this does not work. The Dashboards used to have this issue previously, but after the recent upgrade from this was resolved.

    Bhanu, this sounds like a defect, that the UTC vs. UserPref switch option is not working. Can you please investigate with APM Core?
