Duke - View-only permission

A View-only permission for Cases should be implemented that enables a user to only view a case or export a case to .pdf. 


I.e., the user should not be able to change ownership, add notes, change status, assign, delete , apply a template, create actions on, attach a file or link an alert, or in any way modify a Case.
