Ability to generate SMS when an alert triggered

Today we have a feature that auto fires an email if a specific condition is met. Several customers have requested if we have a feature to send sms if an alert or a case is created.

    Using user preferences, a user can setup notification rules depending on which alert type, which asset etc

    User can set emails alerts for notification type they want but the feature to have an auto SMS generated to their mobile devices does not exist. My Enhancement idea was to incorporate generating SMS from APM to customer depending on type of notification they want
