Today, when changes are made to an Alert Template, previously generated Alerts are not changed. However, the user should have the ability to sync historical Alerts with the updated Alert Template. User should be able to specify a specific date range for the Alerts to be updated, as well as specify Alerts from a specific Enterprise or other level of the hierarchy.
